Sampling a Career in Financial Services
Let us help you understand what is involved in running a financial services practice through our career sampling process. Our career sampling process gives you the opportunity to understand what is involved in running a financial services practice.
Throughout this process, you will work closely with an experienced mentor from a local agency who will help you determine if a career in financial services is the right fit for you. The program is designed to give you a clear understanding and exposure to the daily activities and experiences of a Financial Services Representative. You'll get licensed, meet clients, and create proposals and recommendations. All while having access to competitive total compensation and *benefits package.

We offer programs designed to help you stay ahead throughout your career, including:

Our goal is to provide a customized learning experience instead of a one-size-fits-all approach to training. Whether this means you are led by an instructor or you go through our resources at your own pace, you'll have an opportunity to improve and expand your knowledge base.
If you're still in college, there are opportunities to intern and try out the role of a Financial Services Representative before you send in your application. You can sample a unique career, build your resume, develop valuable skills, and earn income all at the same time.
